Phil is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. Phil was raised on a farm just outside of Rochester. He currently lives in Pine Island, just north of Rochester. Living in a small town has made it easier for Phil to get involved in the community. For the past few years Phil has been coaching girls basketball in Pine Island during the Spring season. Phil wasn't sure he was up to the challenge that coaching would present but it has been a great experience. Some of Phil's favorite things to do away from my career are playing sports and attending sporting events as well as spending time with his friends and family. Phil feels very fortunate to have his family close by.
